DEPENDANCE ROOM ( ground floor two-room flat) € 10,00 less on daily listed rates in every period. The discount can't be combinded with the Family Offer and the Early Booking.
All the rooms are furnished with new bathroom with shower, hair dryer, safe, minibar (drinks not included), direct line telephone, air conditioning and heating with remote control.
FULL BOARD PRICES INCLUDE: VAT, breakfast, lunch and dinner with service with multi-choice menu of 3 first courses and 3 main courses (with sea food specalitis), buffet of side dishes and desserts, drinks ( doc wines, mineral water, soft drinks). Whirpool swimmingpool and pool for children with parasols and sun chairs; internal fenced parking, air conditioning, entertainment, volleyball and tennis court, outside mini gym and playground for children.
FREE DAYTIME AND EVENING ENTERTAINMENT:(from the 12th of June until the 12th of september) includes allday mini club for children aged from 4 to 9 years and Junior Club from 10 to 15 years, collective swimming courses, five-a-side, piano-bar evenings and all the parties organized by the Hotel, evening shuttle service for/to the city centre.
EXTRA CHARGES:
- baby bed € 10,00 per day. Meals € 10,00 per day.
- super sea view room € 20,00 extra per day per room;
- single room: 20% on the rates list;
- small pets allowed( exclusive of common areas) € 50,00 una tantum
- covered garage € 10,00 per night
REDUCTIONS:
- 10% of discount on the 3rd adult bed and 20% on the 4th adult bed;
- Family Offer: 2 adults + 2 children (under 17 years), staying in the same room, pay only 3 full rates in all periods;
- Long Holiday (14 days) 10% discount on A/B/C/D/E periods (it can't be combinded with the Family Offer and the Early Booking) ;
- Child and Parent children under 14 have 30% discount in room with only one parent;
- Early Booking : the offer is only for weekly stays.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The reservations will be confirmed with a 20% deposit of the total.
In case of cancellation: The deposit will be completely returned if cancellation is made at least seven days before arrival;It is also possible to change the period of your holiday, otherwise we will retain the deposit.
No reductions for meals not consumed and no refund for early departures.
The room must be left before 10 a.m. of the departure day. Arrivals after 13.00.
BEACH SERVICE( 100 mt )with fee: lido with snack bar, € 10,00 per day for 1 parasol + 2 sun loungers in A, B,C,D,E periods; € 12,00 per day in F.
The hotel is managed by the owners and is furnished with tennis and five-a side court, swimmingpool with Jacuzzi, fenced playground, bar, car parking, sea view rooms with new bathrooms.
